After a consultation, there are different options for booking your one-on-one workout.
From fitness-centered hiit classes, postural strengthening, stretching and mobility, this is your a la cart menu option.
Class types range from personalized training, rehab, yoga, and pilates.
Zoom will be available for the remainder of COVID-19.
VIRTUAL GROUP CLASSES:
Group classes run in 6 week segments. sign up for one, two or three! not sure which one is for you sign up for a drop in first.

Night Owl: An evening power-flow class, featuring curated playlists and a perfect balance of strength and mobility. There are a lot of opportunities for you to create your own challenges, to level up the class, or take it down a notch and give your body the rest it deserves.
Class winds down so you are stretched and ready to turn in for the night after your sweat sesh.
Booty Love: A glute-centered class focused on pelvic stability; a necessary base for all of our movement. Can't do a booty class without booty tunes!
You will feel sweaty and burning in all the right places. As well, modifications to allow you to have your best targeted glute workout that will have you feeling it every time you get out of your chair the next day.
The All Mighty: A full-body creation of course featuring curated playlists focused on balancing your body, strengthening in neutral improving your core, glute and scapular stability.
Always complete with a full activated warm up and a mobilizing cool down. Leaves you feeling energized and feeling the work you put in for the next couple of days.
